onReconnecting()
wrtc.onReconnecting() is an event function called when a call has been interrupted and wrtc_kit will attempt to reconnect it.
For instance if an ICE failure made client loose connection wrtc_kit may try to use another ICE candidate.
You can use this event to indicate to user system is trying to regain connection.
Occurs
When connection is lost.

- obj - call object raising the event

Ignored.
