adv.dtmfInfo
wrtc.adv.dtmfInfo is a boolean property that controls if DTMF codes should be sent outband too.
The Chrome browser can send DTMF tones inband, as audio tones in the media stream.
Other browsers are not capable of that, but need to send DTMF tones outband, as SIP INFO messages.
call.SendDTMF() will send DTMF tones inband in Chrome and outband on other browsers.
To send DTMF tones both inband and outband on Chrome set wrtc.adv.dtmfInfo=true
wrtc.adv.dtmfInfo only affects behavior on Chrome browser.
Value
Boolean controlling outband transmit:
- true: send DTMF both inband and outband on Chrome, only outband on other browsers
- false: send DTMF inband on Chrome, outband on other browsers

Usage
wrtc.adv.dtmfInfo can be set before calling call.SendDTMF().
