call.setSendVideo(false) will stop transmitting video image to receiver of a call. Call is transferred to be voice-only.

call.setSendVideo(true) will start transmitting video image again, receiver will both see and hear you.

Contrary to wrtc.muteCam(true) will call.setSendVideo(false) only affect the media stream of this call only.
