wrtc.adv.multiConn is a boolean property allowing multiple connections, calls to the same user in group calls.
If wrtc.adv.multiConn=false only one call to each participant of the group call is allowed. If you are already in call with user "foo" you cannot start a second call to user "foo" or receive a second call from "foo".
In non-group calls wrtc.adv.multiConn is ignored, multiple connections are always allowed.
Boolean, true means you may have multiple calls to same group call participant.
