Set wrtc.adv.callTo in wrtc.init() to automatically call an address once page has been loaded.
wrtc.adv.callTo is only allowed to be set in wrtc.init().
If you call wrtc.getURLvars() in wrtc.init() wrtc.adv.callTo will be set to supplied URL tag "call=", if any.
