====== transfer_result ======
**C → S → C {type: 'transfer_result', from:..., to:..., result:...}**

transfer_result – transfer results info. Status information about if a [[ixnx:wrtc:rtcgate:transfer|call transfer]] has succeeded or not.

arguments:
  * from - address of client reporting results
  * to - address of client initiating transfer
  * result - status information:
      * "OK transfer succeeded": call transfer succeeded
      * "OK blind transfer": client is low on resources, attempting blind transfer (hang up old call before making new one)
      * "ERROR transfer failed": call transfer failed
A call transfer can fail if new recipient is not found, is busy or denied the call or some routing or other error prevented establishing the call.

optional argument:
  * transfer_to - address of client call was transferred to (or if failed was attempted to be transferred to)
