wrtc.camOnBetweenCalls is a boolean property controlling if local camera should be active when not in call.

Some users may be annoyed if the camera is always on while your webpage is open - the camera LED always shining.

Some other users may //want// to see themselves on wrtc.localVideo screen before making a call.

wrtc.camOnBetweenCalls=false works best with Chrome browser. On Firefox a new allow camera access window appears for all calls that may annoy users.
