====== adv.timeout ======
call.adv.timeout is a numerical property containing the amount of time in seconds before giving up on a call.

If a call has been started (either by making or receiving a call) but has not reached [[ixnx:wrtc:js:api:call:state|state]] talking within this amount of time the call is terminated. This to avoid endless ringing calls upon communication outages.
