====== Branding IXNX unit using branding license ======
To brand an IXNX unit you can download a special license from Ingate websys containing branding information too. Such a license contains both an IFC and other branding information such as country, language etc.

In order to download the license from Ingate your PC needs to be connected to the Internet. The IXNX unit does not need to be directly connected to the Internet, the license is downloaded from Internet into your PC then sent from your PC to the IXNX unit.
===== Installing a branding license =====
Unbranded units have a "Fetch branding" link below login/password on the unit's GUI login page. By clicking on it you can access the **Fetch branding** page without logging in to the unit.

You can also open the page directly by entering URL <unit IP address>/cgi-bin/luci/admin/system/ifc/brand

If you log in you find the page under System > Features > Fetch

Already branded units do not allow access to the Fetch branding page and do not show the above links. To rebrand a unit you must first log in as root and remove the /tmp/lic_part/ifc file containing the branding, then the Fetch branding page and its links will appear again.

The Fetch branding page has three fields you need to fill in:
  * Ingate Account Login - enter the same login as you use to log in to [[https://account.ingate.com/|ingate.com]]
  * Ingate Account Password - enter the same password as you use to log in to [[https://account.ingate.com/|ingate.com]]
  * License code - enter the XXXX-XXXX-XXXX license code identifying the branding license you want to install

Click OK to fetch the branding license. Your browser will then connect to Ingate's servers and fetch the specified license. Then it will send that license to the unit to be branded. Your PC needs to have Internet access to be able to fetch the license - but the unit to be configured does not need to have Internet access.

After the unit has been branded successfully you can log in to it as usual and start using it.

If any error occurs please make sure you entered valid login/password and license code. Please also make sure the license is a special IXNX license containing branding information too.
